General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Curacel ensures that all AI systems handling personal data for customers in the EU are compliant with GDPR requirements, particularly regarding data subject rights, transparency, and accountability.

ISO/IEC 27001: Curacel follows ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security management to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data processed by our AI models.

OECD AI Principles: Curacel aligns its AI governance practices with the OECD’s AI principles, focusing on promoting innovation while ensuring that AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable.

15.0 Breach of Policy Procedure

In the event of a breach of this AI Policy, Curacel will:

  2. Notify Stakeholders: Inform affected parties and relevant authorities, where required.
  3. Remediation Actions: Take immediate corrective measures to address and mitigate the breach.
  4. Disciplinary Measures: Impose appropriate disciplinary action against individuals responsible, including retraining, suspension, or termination of employment or contracts.
16.0 Limitation of Liability

Curacel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its AI systems, except to the extent explicitly required by applicable law. Our liability in relation to AI solutions shall be limited to direct damages, subject to contractual terms agreed upon with our clients or partners.

17.0 Monitoring and Updates

We regularly evaluate the performance, fairness, and compliance of our AI systems. Updates to models are versioned and documented, with continuous monitoring to detect errors or drift. This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or emerging best practices in AI governance. Whenever such changes are made, we will notify you. These changes will take effect immediately after you have been notified.
