What's new on the Auto product?
- Offline Capabilities: We're super excited about this new improvement! What this means is that users can users can carry out inspections without an internet connection. No internet connection? No issue! Data synchronizes with the backend once connectivity is restored. Users can also save progress and continue from where they left off on the same device. This feature will greatly enhance the customer experience by providing uninterrupted service regardless of internet availability. Users can now perform inspections and manage their activities seamlessly, leading to higher satisfaction and reduced downtime.

- Agent Inspection Interface: We also introduced a new feature aimed at streamlining the inspection process for agents and customers. This feature allows agents to quickly carry out vehicle inspections via a dedicated link and an option to enter their email addresses, and proceeding with the inspection process. This feature will significantly expedite the inspection process for agents, reducing the time required to initiate and complete inspections. Alternatively, unique inspection links can be generated and shared with customers, allowing them to perform inspections on their own vehicles.
- Anti-fraud Summaries: We introduced Anti-Fraud Summaries that generates insights from damage inspections and analyses to highlight potentially fraudulent claims and policy purchases. - Dashboard Summaries: The new Dashboard Summaries on the Insurer Dashboard are now live, providing insurers with enhanced insights into their operational data. These summaries include advanced visualizations and filtering options, making it easier for insurers to monitor their activities and make informed decisions.
- Custom Email Notifications: Insurers now have the ability to customize their email settings on the Auto product, allowing them to tailor notifications for policy purchases, claims, and inspection-related emails.

What's New on the Health Product?
- Enrollee Notification: This is a unique feature that gives real time alerts to enrollee when specific benefits under their plans is being exceeded. This gives added transparency and flexibility at point of care
- Relationship Management: HMOs now have the ability to give care specifically for spouse/child. No more confusions, spouse and children can be easily assigned benefits.
- Inpatient and Outpatient Benefit Category: Admissions or Not? No problems. Imagine exhausting your inpatient care while your other outpatient benefits remain intact? We have this as a new improvement to the benefits module for flexibility and ease. The generic plan setup for insurers means an inpatient care is treated with its own limits to care as against outpatient care.
